A Mermaid renderer that turns a few lines of text into a real diagram. Flowcharts, sequence diagrams, Gantt charts, class diagrams, ER diagrams, mind maps, state machines and pie charts are all supported, and the result is rendered as crisp SVG you can download or export to PNG. Because the source is text, diagrams live in version control, diff cleanly in review, and can be generated from a script.

Only the basics, and the defaults in the editor are a working flowchart you can edit in place. Each diagram type has a small, regular syntax; the error message from the renderer points at the offending line when something is off.
